This is a reluctant sale, but due to time constraints, we can’t get away very often, so this caravan has been quite under-used since we bought it of its original owner. It is in good condition, and includes a number of extras, including: a Powrtouch heavy duty DIY motor mover, a full Isabella awning (only used about 5 times) with an interior private bedroom for 1 to 2 people (used once only), a porch awning for quicker set ups), portable satellite dish (unused, so untested and free of charge), exterior door step, lightweight gas bottle, water roller, waste cassette on wheels, cable for connection to site TV system.The seating area is situated at the front end and converts to a king size bed or 2 singles (pull out slatted central section). The table is in the seated area which folds back out of the way and there is a separate picnic table that stows into its own designated space when not in use.We have left the carpets down in the photos to show that there is some fading to the edges. The floor underneath the carpets is in very good condition, due to constant protection.There are plenty of aircraft style overhead and floor cupboards in the living and kitchen areas. The LPG gas cooker/ hob has been hardly used as we tend to cook outside or use an air fryer.
