The layout is very spacious and functional, it has a full rear bathroom ,this is a separate and completely private room, in here you’ll find a large shower ,bigger than in most caravans, there’s also a hand wash basin & thetford cassette toilet with a swivel seat. Also there is plenty of cupboards and walldrobe.
Kitchen to the left with appliances including an extractor fan ,gas oven with hobs and grill, a thetford three way fridge (gas/elec/battery) with a freezer section and a large washing up sink with draining board.
Opposite there is one large side board There’s plenty of cupboards and shelf space within this kitchen area.
At the front the two seats either side convert into a very large double bed, if you prefer you can use both seats as two decent sized single beds as well.
You’ll find plenty more storage under the seats and cupboards throughout the caravan, there’s also a couple of different areas suited for a tv.
Even though this is only a two berth it is very spacious its a big comfortable layout.
it has 12v and 240v lights – truma gas or electric central heating throughout ,fully removable carpets with laminate flooring underneath ,a large Heki roof vent ,smoke alarm – blinds fly screens and curtains to all the windows and the door.?
It comes with a water pump , fresh water container ,waste water container , corner steady winder.
