Although not new (1997) the van has all mod cons and is a
delight to live in for extended periods and tows easily. The electric remote
control movers installed last year enable the van to be manoeuvred into
small spaces effortlessly and make the difference when parking on site.
The gas heating system provides all round heating via a fan
assisted ducted air distribution system but is not functioning at the moment as
the heater needs a new spark igniter. This repair would have to be undertaken
by the purchaser. We always stay at caravan sites with electric hook up so have
not needed the gas heating system.
The van has a useful feature where the bathroom area can be
extended by opening a hinged door at the rear which is useful in the cooler
months as it reduces the living area making it easier to keep warm. It includes a Thetford cassette flush toilet,
hot shower, hot & cold handbasin. The kitchen has an excellent oven with
separate grill and 4 burner Hob. The
fridge is a good size with freezer box.
There is a small folding table and a larger freestanding table. All
windows are fitted with curtains, black out blinds and fly screens.
The main living area can be used as two single beds or a
large double.
