Bailey Pageant Champagne caravan for sale 4 Birth Van Lunar/abbey/swift/. Bailey pageant, champagne – I think the year is 2002.Been in the family for over 10 yearsIt’s a 4 birth with bed at the front and two bunkbeds. Comes with documents, including historical service documents.Motor moverNew tyres last year. Been a superb van for us, and we have just upgraded to the same van but a newer model.Oven, fridge, fire, toilet, shower and water heater all worked fine last time we was in the van. (This was earlier this year). Bad things I can find:There is no horrible smell or any signs of internal damp, However, I bought a damp meter and placed it in the walls (corners and sides). The highest reading record it was in the front left of the caravan to the side of the window as you walk inside, this was at 38%. I noticed that one of the awning screws had come away slightly, so it could be down to that, but I am not a damp specialist and can’t guarantee that this was the issue. I replaced the screw and put some mastic in between the bracket in the caravan.I have put pictures of the damp readings for other areas.The rear corner has been repaired at some point, and the under boards have started to go (see pictures), but this is not unusual for a caravan of its age. The dents and marks on the exterior of the van throughout.One of the cushions which turn into the bed needs sewing up…
