BAILEY PAGEANT CHAMPAGNE 4 BERTH TOURING CARAVAN YEAR 2000WELL CARED FOR AND MAITAINED, SHE IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION FOR 20+yrs oldNo Damp and overall good condition, there are nicks and dinks on the interior woodwork from use and the outside has a few scratches and an odd small dent or two as you would expect from 20+ years (Small area of corrosion 50mm x 6mm near toilet box due to previous owner over filling toilet flush tank – I have treated this area and re painted it but the colour doesn’t match Sorry)Main Floor was getting a bouncy spot in the main kitchen/lounge area, this was all properly re bonded with a new carpet fitted in 2018Water Heater was serviced and a New Burner fitted last year and comes with a Whale water pump (high volume)Room Heater works fine on Gas but not 240V this is a common problem with this older design heater that has sliding switches (a small fan heater plugged in a mains socket always did us ok)Fridge is in good order, works on 240v and had a new heater element 2016, works on Gas and had a service in 2017 (will need a service 2022) I have no idea if the 12V works as we never used it (assume the 12v not working)Motor Mover fitted in 2015 and is super handy for manoeuvring into tight spacesAlko spare wheel frame with wheel and a new tyre fitted 2017Alko braked Tow Hitch…
