A 2001 four berth Bailey Pageant Champagne, this single axle, side dinette, rear bathroom van is fairly good for it’s age but there is an area of damp on the rear O/S corner in the wardrobe, the wall and wallboard are showing deterioration and will need to be repaired. I think that the water ingress is coming from the rear O/S awning rail, this would need to be removed and re-sealed to stop the leak. Also another leak from the rear N/S bathroom corner, again I think it’s a rail issue. Apart from that the van is fairly good with good tyres and has been serviced in the last 3 years that I know of and all appliances work. The damp areas are the reason for the low price of the van.
