Good condition for the year, we’ve never ever had any issues with damp. Has many extras including a working motor mover, three quarter awning, 2 x fresh water carriers / 1 x waste water, jigsaw mats for awning floor, LED remote strip light for the awning, electric hook up lead, gas bottle, steps etc. Great layout with rear end bathroom (with shower, never used), flushing toilet, sink, side diner / bunk bed with large panoramic window letting in lots of light, front u shaped seating area / double bed. Blown air heating, running hot and cold water, fitted radio and speakers, outside 240 socket, fridge/freezer and fire use either gas or electric, most importantly, a glass fronted wine cupboard!!! I’ve always had the heating/water system insured so any issues have always been repaired professionally.
Two very small and slight dints on the outside plus a fine crack on the plastic tow bar cover (not part of main caravan), internally there was a split in part of the thin strip of wood in front of the sink which I’ve filled (can be seen in the photo), none of which cause any issues at all and in my opinion is fantastic condition for an older caravan.
