This has been a really cosy comfortable caravan to stay in. We used it at our friends farm whist we were doing up our boat. They recently sold up and we have had to move on.The caravan is over 25 years old and has been well looked after by the 3 previous owners and ourselves and is in very good condition. All the appliances are good condition and working well. The original paper work with all instruction manuals are included. It has the L shaped lounge with cushions where we watched tv via the fire stick at evening or at breakfast in the dining area.The caravan has everything you will need as we are leaving the lot. This model is a high spec and has good insulation and an inboard water tank (winter) There is lots of storage space. Also a shower with hot and cold running water and a generous fridge and Spinflo Cara Cooker/Oven/grill. There are current smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Also Fire extinguisher. The caravan has no leaks and the blown air heating is a pleasure. The large capacity battery 120 A/H with the continuous charger allows the system to function if a 240v supply is not readily available on the odd occasion. The 12v and 240v systems are working well.
