Here I have my wonderful Bailey pageant 4 berth caravan in perfect condition the year is 2003 very modern inside and out. Dry with no damp what so ever and floor and roof completely soild. All electrics work inside and out unfortunately i don’t have a battery for it but not a big problem next owner will just have to buy one, this caravan has got a end bathroom with its own separate toilet, wardrobe, sink, and also has its own shower hot and cold water all working, I do also have a water pump in packet for this. The dinette turns into bunk beds as can see in pics with ladder very nice indeed, and also has round seating group with a big side in front of it for TV plug in and under that is the central heating, this caravan does come with a gas bottle, spare trye, full awning, 3 water waste barrels, and much more accessories only little problem is the caravan vent near front door as blown of down the road but not to worry as I’ve got one on order, apart from that caravan is sound and tows rlly great tryes have also been checked. Everything in the kitchen area is working cooker, fridge/freezer, sink, grill, and much more.
