Hi, I have a Bailey peagant burgundy 2009 for sale, front right window has a slight leak I have tried to seal it but I don’t know what I’m doing and never tried to fix anything like this before but I’m sure would be easy fix for anyone knowing what they’re doing, this has caused a bit of damp in the right corner but not bad at all I can (see pics ) lovely caravan and new owner will be pleased, original upholstery and curtains are like new, all blinds and fly nets and door fly screen in excellent condition no rips or tears, French bed which is very comfortable with French cream leather headboard, everything works as it should, no damp or soft spots anywhere else, floor is also solid, separate shower and toilet to the left of the bed, motor mover fitted which I don’t know how to use, satalite areal fitted, all lights work, all cupboards excellent condition (bottom centre drawer missing a handle) dining table which folds into kitchen cupboard, led lights under top cupboards, battery, roof extractor fan which bring cold air into the caravan through opening a window, cooker, microwave and oven works perfect and is gas with electric flint, also toaster under hob works great, heater works on gas or electric, fridge/freezer working fine, I think I have fitted carpets but may have thrown away the bedroom part but buyer is welcome to them, I have all paperwork, 2 keys, tv bracket that…
