Reluctantly selling our caravan. Included in the sale is a full awning with extra pod for sleeping, a porch awning, wheel and hitch locks, 2 x electric hook up cables, water and waste containers and ramps etc. Haven’t had it serviced for the past 5 years, just didn’t get round to it but all works fine. We have used it regularly with no problems. It is CRIS registered which can be transferred. As it is an 11 year old caravan there are a few small things I should mention, non of which have bothered us so have lived with them. The external flap on the boiler exhaust came off while traveling. 2 of the internal spot lights need replacing as the switch came off, but there are so many lights in there we never did it. There is a water mark on the window sill under the front window. It was a leaky window which turned out to be dirt in the seal so after a good clean out this problem has gone. And lastly there is a very small crack on the back about inch and half long. No idea how it got there but hasn’t got bigger and not letting in any water.
