This lovely caravan has undergone an extensive upgrade from the original decor and fixtures.She has a few age related marks on the outside from previous owners.Viewing is advised and welcomed, everything can be seen and tested working. We have spent in excess of £2000 [excluding labour] on upgrades/replacements and work over the last twelve months – no one has slept a night in the van since we took posession and began working on her. Our circumstances have changed so we will not be able to use her at all. she tows lovely and light, we only have a Citroen C4 estate 1.2l turbo diesel and had a £1200 removeable swan neck towbar fitted 🙁 – we’ve towed her in and out of storage to work on her when time permitted – our journey to and from the storage site was hilly and has a few steep inclines/declines which the car & caravan combo handled fine.Things we’ve done:Freshly cleaned and painted throughout with replacement of all knock on edging trimfull service of all electrics, gas, battery systems.full damp check and proper repair and rebuild of bathroom underfloor and walls using premium plywood and timber construction, now damp clear.re enamel painted the shower/toilet floor and shower control base in whitevinyl sheet and tile clad and fully tanked bathroom walls/floornew herringbone premium pillow linolium flooring throughout.new homemade oak worktops and upstand finished in melamene varnish [lighter than original heavy MDF stuff that was there before]new CAN sink and hob unit, reducing the amount…
