All the expected fixtures and fittings for this model, ie fridge freezer, cooker, heater, shower , toilet etc all with mains / 12v and gas power options (not currently in date for service)

Freshly cleaned carpets throughout , very clean and tidy with nothing broken that I am aware of. All lighting working both inside and for towing. New linen curtains, clean upholstery , clean comfortable pocket sprung mattress in good condition . A couple of cosmetic issues, stain on the Lino (easily covered with a mat) and a new fibreglass repair to roof light to reinforce the hinge points (unseen from inside the van). Located South Devon nr Totnes . Bought last year for an event but have no desire to tow the van for holidays.
