Hi and welcome to my auction here we have a 1997 Bailey Pageant Auverne in a bit of a sorry state .we have recently collected from long time storage only to find the rear skylight broken and has been letting water in for a while so the rear inside walls back and roof are completely rotten from the water ingress and will need to be replaced. From the door forward seems ok but until the rear is removed it is hard to tell, I have tried the fridge on electric and the cooker on gas and both are working I have not tried the heater. I could not try the fridge on gas or the igniter on the cooker as there is no battery I have also not tried the 12volt lighting but the two mains lights were fine .the curtains are faded .it has blinds and fly screens on all windows and these are ok the upholstery is ok but is showing sings of wear (after all it is 21 years old )I think if you are a up for a challenge it could be repaired but who knows what it is like behind the walls ,but it would make a great donor for a camper van conversion as a lot could be used a save a fortune on buying new ,the catch is broken on the wardrobe door so does not stay closed also the floor is soft in a couple of places I strongly advise and welcome anyone who…
