Hello this is our much loved 5 birth Auvergne for sale. We have owned it for about 4 years in that time it has allways been sited at Chapmans Well Caravan park on the Cornwall/Devon border.The van can be made up to sleep 5, a large fixed bed in the rear or as a dining/seating area with the usual front seating/bed area, bunk bed over rear bed. It has blown heating and all the usual stuff, fridge cooker etc. It has 2 gas bottles one still has some gas. Out side and inside is in very good condition for the age. It comes with a Wheel lock, Water roller barrel and pump. A waste water unit, 10m power cable and a slightly damaged full cover. The only reason we are selling her is becuse we now have a static nearby. Now about the damp issue .There is damp around the front windows I bought it knowing this and was going to sort it by replacing the board and the window rubbers but as time went by I never got round to it There was no mould so we just forgot about it to be fair it never botherd us and was not a problem. the other problem I am aware of is that the water flush on the toilet does not work, again this did not bother us as you can still use it as normal and we only use the loo at night for wees and use the camp facilities for all other…
