We have owned since 2007 – Non smokers and no pets. Interior in very good condition for year, all worked when last used a couple of weeks ago except the in tank flush motor which can be easily replaced. Rear double with bunk over can be closed off for a little privacy. Floor solid no soft spots.There are soft panels in the front but the interior remains dry. This would be an excellent project for someone due to the excellent condition of the interior.Awning included but there are a number of poles that need replacing. Includes waste master and aquaroll. Wheel lock, Hitch lock, hook up cable, water pump, step.No leisure battery included but I can connect mains and battery for anyone wanting to test before bidding. Various toilet fluids ground sheet pegs included so everything needed to get started except battery and awning poles and the flush motor.I encourage anyone seriously interested to view before bidding.
