Relisted AGAIN as a buyer decided that he didn’t want it after all – On sale as we’re building a camper for future expeditions. We lived in this caravan for nearly a year while doing building renovations so it has had some intensive use and and now would be a good time for an overhaul. The exterior is in fair condition with some knocks and dents, and we added a catflap to the door but there is a shutter to keep creatures out if you want to. It has an external water barrel, Whale pump and pressure switch. There is an 850w water heater, sink, gas cooker, about 1/3 bottle of butane, double bed, bench seating/second bed, cartridge toilet and shower with external grey water tank. There’s a TV but no aerial or satellite box, and space for a microwave oven.It also has a fairly new battery. In terms of bad bits – it’s missing a skylight cover over the bedroom, and I can’t see how to make the gas heater work. The floor has a slightly soft patch by the door so it needs a repair. There is a patch at the front left where water has got in and caused some delamination of the wall panel and minor staining to the interior, but this may have been repaired previously as I can’t find any moisture inside.
