Hi and thanks for looking.As you can see from the photos, the caravan is in very good condition for a 2010 model.There are no nasty smells i.e smokers, pets or damp and all the appliances are working as they should. I have all the relevant paperwork including CRIS HPI check showing no outstanding finance and no condition alerts. It also has full service history, last serviced May this year with a damp report showing no issues at all. This is a very versatile layout. As you can see from the photos, it has a large U shape lounge that converts into a king size bed but also has a rear large side dinette which also converts into a double bed which can be left in place just like a fixed bed.
