Bailey lousiana series 5 caravan. Twin axle. 6 metres long. Now this caravan has been our home for the last 18 months while building our new home. It has an all season full awning with it, both waste and fresh water tanks. electric hookup lead etc. This is a 2006 caravan and is well used. It has some damp on the inside along the front windows. Everything works apart from the gas water heater which I think is the ignition but can’t guarantee it. A new hot water boiler from thetford is around £400 so not too bad to replace if necessary. Please be aware it is well used but has been perfect for what we wanted it for. Would be ideal for another self builder or if someone needed somewhere to live !.Would prefer you to come and view so you know exactly what your bidding on as once won you pay on collection.Thankyou.
