Here we have my late stepdad’s Bailey Hunter Lite 470/4 (1998)Caravan + Full Awning he passed this down to me just before he passed away last year, I towed it here to my driveway and that’s where it sat ever since in the intention of using it but never will, just been used as a storage unit which seems a shame, right down to the caravan it does need some cosmetic bits doing to it like…There is some staining area to the toilet upper wall, maybe had a leak at some point but it’s never leaked and feels firm,A window stay bar has snapped, but you can get replacements on ebay and window still works fine,It’s missing the curtains for the bunk bed section (if you want to close the kids away)There is some air line cracks on the front outer front section nothing major (bit of car filler) job done me being picky haha,Hand brake doesn’t work ( maybe just needs adjusting)Some of the beading stuff has come away from around 1 or 2 windows but don’t leak,There is also some minor dents/dings to outer bodywork (just me being picky again) That’s the bad bits out the way hahaThe caravan comes with an sunncamp prestige awning he did say its missing the clips that attach the roof bars to the caravan but these can be brought off ebay,Chocks and wheel levellers,New leisure battery brought the beginning of last year,Fresh and waste water containers,Towing mirrorsElectric hook up cables,Hot and cold water Fridge, Thetford…
