I know nothing about caravans, we bought this just for extra sleeping accommodation for occasional family stays whilst building our house. I only towed it to bring it here, but it towed easily.Good looking 4 berth touring caravan with the bathroom at the back.I have no idea how old it is, but it has obviously been well looked after. As far as I can see (or smell) there is no damp, all the windows are in tact, they open and close and the stays, fly screens and blinds work. The interior woodwork has been painted at some point to lighten it up.The main carpet could do with a shampoo or renewing, but the upholstery all looks good.I have not tried the fridge or water on gas, only the hob/oven as we had it connected to electric hook-up.The hot water now trips our electric when switched on so it will need looking at.Will come complete with relatively new leisure battery, steps, water and waste barrel, hook-up lead, gas bottle, trolley, hitch lock, etc.Ideal inexpensive starter caravan.I suggest anyone interested should come and take a look.I have a low starting price, there is no reserve and no buy it now.I would prefer cash on collection.
