spares or repair. Located on a site on Hayling Island.
The van
is in good condition for the year. But
unfortately in these current weather conditions the floor has begun to separate. The ply from the insulation so it feels
spongy. There is no damp in the caravan. it has a few scratches as you would expect for
the age. The front storage locker needs new rubber and two new locks but
at the moment is useable.
4/ 5 Berth layout which consists of two large day sofas at the front,
which convert into a double bed. A central dinette area that converts into
another double bed above this is a bunk bed for a young child.
A Central Kitchen area, inclusive of 4 burner gas hob, and grille.
Fridge with mini freezer and plenty of storage space. The sink and the
cooker both have lids that can be closed to increase the worktop space
Opposite
this vanity suite area with cassette toilet, hot/cold taps for the
basin/ shower with storage space for beauty products. Next to this is the
wardrobe with shelves
Blown Air heating. flyscreens and blinds (one of which is broken) fitted to
windows.
