Toilet room also has hot and hot water.12v leisure battery, mains hook up, Thetford cassette toilet.Water and waste barrels included.Spare wheel.Much loved van, it’s 1996 we believe, there’s lots of paperwork. We have renovated the shower room as you can see on pictures.It’s not in pictures but there is a table for the back area so that can be dining/games area too. The back area becomes double bed and bunk bed and can be completely shut off and has loads of storage, perfect area for children/teenagers!The front area becomes massive bed or can be used as 2 singles, there’s big table as shown and also a smaller one (you can see in wardrobe). We have never used gas heater and cannot give any assurances on that. There is loads of storage and it’s a really comfy van. This is a 27 year old van so is not perfect and is sold as seen, we give no guarantees on any electric or gas items and do not offer returns. The van is in storage so we’ll need notice to view but are very happy to show…
