Used lightweight caravan 5 berth (MRO weight only 959kg, MTPLM 1241kg). Seating area at the front converts to a double bed. Seating area at rear converts to bunk beds and single bed (the single bed is not full length but suitable for a child). Central kitchenette with sink and drainer, fridge and grill. No oven. Central bathroom with toilet, sink and shower (shower curtain and 1 aqua roll included). Smoke free.One patch of superficial water damage shown in photo noticed by ourselves when we purchased it in 2013 but was sealed and kept undercover for the majority of the time since.We had a full professional service carried out then including breaks, gas pipe and new tyres.
