Owned by same family for over 20 years. Still a year or two left in it. Reluctant sell due to it no longer being suitable because its too small. Various modifications over the years include additional electric sockets, gas oven replaced by electric oven. Caravan fridge replaced by electric fridge freezer. Additional shelf in lounge and inside wardrobe. Gas heater removed and replaced by a cupboard.Microwave, fridge freezer and electric oven included. Also an inbuilt clarion cd radio stero with speakers. We dont use the gas water boiler so cant confirm whether it works.Water pump still works but we dont tend to bother using it. It has been on the same site for 15 years and hasn’t been moved off it. I can not confirm whether it is in roadworthy condition to be pulled a long or even shortish distance.The tow hitch moves freely and is in good condition. There is a waste water container, electric hookup lead, battery, spare wheel included.No signs of damp or water ingress anywhere in caravan. Broken lens cover on outside light.Owned by pet free, non smoking family. Collection only obviously from caravan park between Landkey and Swimbridge, North Devon.
