We are reluctantly selling our caravan as our children are just getting too big now.The outside window has had a crack as pictured but has been repaired and is not leaking. When first cracked it did leak so mild water damage on inside as pictured.Front of caravan has large U-shaped family sitting/dining area which turns into a very large bed (almost king size) using the fold-down diner table (which has had a repair). Roomy overhead storage on both sides and under locker storage. Includes a surround sound Bluetooth stereo/radio. TV stand built in next to aerial port and also comes with TV aerial.Middle of caravan has kitchen area with cupboard and overhead storage. 3 ring gas hob and gas grill with pan storage underneath. Working fridge with small freezer compartment (only works on electric). Across from this is a wardrobe which provides more storage with gas heater underneath.Bathroom has sink, toilet and shower which is operated by using the bathroom tap. Bathroom floor previously leaked but has been repaired. Cassette toilet in perfect working order.Rear of caravan has bunk beds which can also be turned into dinette area with 2 seats (perfect for the kids) and overhead storage. Water heater is situated under here.Caravan comes with both clean and waste water hogs. Full size awning with sleeping pod and also porch awning. Table top electric oven.
