1994 Bailey Delamere based upon the Beachcomber model. Kept in the same family since new.5 Berth with double bed at front, shorter double at back with a single bunk over the rear double. Max weight for bunk is 13stone but size only suits child.Features:Small oven, fly screens, blinds, hot water and separate gas space heater, washroom is combined toilet/shower. Carpets replaced with vinyl laminate effect floor to make it easier to keep clean with children. Never had dogs in it if you are allergic to pets.Tyres replaced in 2019, main roof hatch about 5 years old and washroom hatch replaced this year. Hitch over-run damper replaced in 2019.Empty weight approx 1000kg so light van to tow.13pin electrics on the towing electrics connection.Faults:Slight corrosion to roof above wardrobe so slight damp smell in one cupboard.Gas water heater does not work and is isolated but electric element is ok.Some door and window seals shrunk away from body.Shower tray sound but has been repaired on reverse side due to age cracking (repair not visible).
