Bailey Beachcomber 1995This has been my caravan since 2015.I travelled a lot for work between ’15 and ’18 and used this caravan as my living space during that time. Since then it has been stored but I frequently checked on it.I am selling it now as I am paying storage and really should have sold earlier but just never seemed to get around to it.The caravan is in good condition with no leaks. The tyres are good and externally it is in reasonable condition.Internally a new carpet is down and cushions are ok but show signs of wear. The gas has been disconnected (can be re connected,needs fittings) but Ive included in the sale my Hotplate and small electric oven, which you can use to cook up basically anything.I’ve also left in my small samsung tv, which works fine but it’s getting old now.There is a water barrel and waste water container and all the leads for electric hook up. A small step is included for outside the door. The windows have been darkened so while you can see out, its near impossible to see in. Windows also have blinds and/or curtains for privacy in the evening.A small electric heater is included and a heat bar which uses very little power but can be left on to maintain the temp if like me you plan to use this for work.The floor is good with a light sponge spot near the fridge.
