in great condition for the year , all sound no leaks , never used the gas fire but it was serviced when i bought it last year , i just couldnt get it to light , i always use a oil heater anyway i think its safer , comfy bed , if you know abouts caravans you know all the info , if not just ask its a 2007 its cris registered to me , i bought this so i and my son and kids could use it , Now i want something with and end bathroom for myself so if you have one to swap i could be interested ..please email me for any info ,available for viewing this weekend 3rd 4th aug , its in Filey
