Nice van, been ours for 5 years and done us well. No damp as far as we can tell, it had been re-floored prior to us buying it and one small area is springy but hasn’t got worse or caused us issues. It is an older van but tows well. We will include Kampa awning, awning mat, roll along water and waste containers plus other bits and pieces. We have a double mattress plus memory foam on the main bed as it improved it but all of the original cushions etc are available to use it as a dining area / bedroom if required (see pictures). 4 new tyres 4 years ago.
