Based in Walsall on our private drive. Comes with two keys, fully working water system in kitchen, bathroom and shower areas. All electrics work, lights, sockets ETC. Gas heater works in the lounge and lights up first strike, large 11KG gas bottle included with some gas left in it, regulator fitted. Smaller gas bottle regulator also included but no bottle for this. Fridge freezer all works, very cold during the summer have just had. Water system works and heats up the water although we have only used this once, the hot tap was hot after a short while being on gas. We will include microwave, matching kettle and toaster and built in SONY radio/CD player with 2 built in speakers. Gas oven and hob all built in very good condition and full working order. Battery space for battery but battery not included. Mains power lead new and included. Cassette toilet is in excellent condition and we will included blue disinfectant, two bottle blue system…
