caravan spares or repair! Please read carefully!I bought this caravan about a month to 2 months ago, as I fix them up, but I’m more for the retro ones, but unfortunately because of the condition and doing the other 4 I have I won’t have the time for it, so I thought instead of leaving it to rot I would let someone else have the opportunity!Loads of damp! The hole wall on the door side, all the wood is rotten! Cupboards, are starting to hang off! Someone previously sealed it with some weird tape so needs to come off and done properly, ad it is all dry now,Both sky lights need re-sealing, also coured damp on the roof witch isn’t helping! The back wall that you can see looks horrible in (photo) isn’t ply, it’s the insulation witch is dry and could just put a new bourd over it maybe? Toilet room the sink unit has been painted by the looks of it, and had damp in there, previous owner put some plastic on the sealing around the skylight to avoid looking at the leaking I’m assuming, Electric isn’t tested, no idea if it’s still got the 12v system as haven’t had a proper look, there is no boiler, witch is normally at the rear so when you come there is duck tape over the holes where the system is supposed to be! There are no cushions no idea what happened to them, someone took the fridge freezer…
