hello, had this caravan several years kids grew up in it now no interest in going away. my ill health is forcing sale. its been very well looked after i am a joiner electrian and plumber served my time in all trades. tyres were last replaced 5 years ago so are close to being replaced , mass running weight is 1197kg max is 1468 kg ,but check for your self lenght is 25 foot. great caravan just been away last week no problems . but aircon stopped working last year not sure why not looked into it but it was noisy anyway. {might just be a capaictor easy fix ] the floof is a tad soft in front of cooker been like that for about 5 years , was going to relace carpet with a hard covering and sort. but never did. easy fix anyway. porch awning included as is bottles, leads , sat dish and every thing you need.however tv is going in my shed. ps tows great all lights work and brakes are fine damper might need replcing soon as you get the odd thump when braking ,but only if parked up fo a while.
