Lovely 4 berth caravan in good condition for age, one of the higher spec models from Bailey with end bathroom layout. Hot and Cold water. Toilet and separate shower cubicle.Plenty of storage with wardrobe located in bathroom and plenty of overhead cupboards.End sofas with table that converts to double bed.Dinette area that converts to one single bed or two bunk beds.Carpets throughout with vinyl under. For some reason the radio was removed before we had van and never bothered to replace it.Good size Fridge with small freezer compartment.Blown air Heating Oven. Internal blackout blinds and curtains.No pets and non smokers. unfortunately at some point the right hand side and part of the floor under the seating area of the van has had DAMP it looks as though it has previously been sealed but the areas were never replaced. We used the caravan last year in some of the worst weather and it didnt get any worse and we didnt have any water come in. BUT it has left the side panel slightly spongey which would benefit from being replaced as the sofa has come away from the wall slightly, doesnt stop it from being used. On the other hand if it didnt bother you, it could just be left as we did but you must be AWARE OF THIS. No obvious damp externally either. Happy to arrange viewings before bidding if required
