The Almeria’s large specification includes AL-KO ATC, alloy wheels, spare wheel, external 230V, external BBQ point, ALDE wet central heating, TV aerial, radio, separate fridge freezer, microwave, oven & grill, 4-burner gas hob. This caravan is supplied with 2 sets of keys. This caravan contains damp and will require remedial work. No warranty will be given or implied. Damp has been found in the R/N/S corner under the fixed double bed and is showing readings of 60% damp. Readings of 90% have also been found underneath the bed, in a more central location and this affects around 0.5m X 0.5m. Readings of 20% have been found behind the wheel arch on the N/S and O/S. Damp has been found in and around the front lockers. With 90% readings spreading into the F/O/S corner of the habitation area. There is NO Buy It Now price – this auction will NOT be finished early.
