Our lovely caravan will have to go because of ill health. It is from the top of the Bailey range. We have kept it immaculate and we are non-smokers. There is still 5 years of the manufactures warranty remaing.It is a 4 berth with more convenient twin fixed beds just forward of the rear bathroom. Reliable hot cold water is available for sinks and good sized shower cubicle.The frontal seating area converts into the usual double bed when required. Additional comfort is supplied by Alde central heating. The boiler works on gas or electric. The van is set up to work on either calor or propane. Two bottles to be included.The kitchen area has the usual gas hob/oven and fridge which can be fuelled by gas, 230v, or 12v. There is also a fitted microwave oven. Fresh water is via external tank as usual but with an internal water pump. Tanks for fresh water and waste water will be included.Also included will be hook-up cables for both power and tv. The van also has a fixed tv arial. There are two tv points in the van. There is also a fixed radio/cd player.Also included will be a porch awning and ‘Fiamma’ canopy.The caravan has the Al-Ko towing safety system. It is also fitted motor movers.Collection preferred but delivery could be arranged possibly.
