With a sleeping capacity of 6, it comes equipped with a gas cooker (like new), gas hob, CD player, toilet/ shower room, truma heating (gas or electric), 240V electric hook up, tv aerial, 12V lighting, fridge/ freezer, microwave and more. Includes a waste roller and 30ltr water roller, all utensils, plates, toaster, kettle etc ….. everything needed to go for your first camping adventure.There is also a motor mover fitted for ease of manoeuvring into those tight spacesThis is a very reluctant sale and we have made many amazing memories in this van. The caravan has been serviced in April this year and a damp test revealed some areas of high readings. (Damp test sheet attached). The water heating element also needs replacing and the fridge door lock not functional but doesn’t effect the operation of the fridge/freezer. The auction price of this van has massively been reflected due to the damp areas, maybe a project for the right person, however this doesn’t take away the fact the caravan is still beautifully presented as per the pictures. The caravan has been well loved.
