Exterior condition is very good, 1window is cracked,but only on Inside skin,so is functioning, front cover for A bar has been replaced with aluminium, and is tidy.internally there are signs of damp on the roof near the air condition unit,and at the front above the windows,the centre blind wants refixing, but is there.I have tried to photograph these areas so you can see.seating and mattress all OK.middle bedroom,end washroom with shower,sink and toilet.loads of cupboard space and storage. this caravan has had very little use, having stood in one place for years.cupboards all good,a snall bit of cosmetic damage to wardrobe side in bedroom, think you can make it out on picture. alloy wheels, and good tyres,including spare.motor mover fitted, in full working order. Tows well,and lights work.Floor has no spongy areas,but is stained,probably due to damp, under the bed,near the side locker door.This caravan needs a little TLC, but has loads of life left in it,haven’t tested all the fixtures and fittings, I know some work ,but I’m sure some bits will need attention. The caravan is located approx 14 miles from lancaster, buyer to collect please. Payment through eBay,or bank transfer.Any questions please message me.
