A very popular layout with End Washroom / Side Dinette. There is a slight damp problem, hence the low price and being sold as seen. Please see video included. Damp can be seen in the photos and on the video. Damp is situated around the near side front window from the ceiling to the floor. I would think it needs the awning rails resealed and a new window rubber. This area would dry out but would leave some sponginess and marks (Great project or could be used as it is with no real issues)
In front there is a large lounge that make up the living area of the caravan this makes up into a double bed. In the centre is a kitchen equipped with a gas oven, grill and hob, a sink and a fridge that can be run off both gas and electric. Opposite the kitchen is a dinette that makes up into a bed with a bunk above…
