We are selling our 2-berth Bailey Pageant caravan as we no longer plan to use it. The last time that it was taken out and used was prior to lockdown and unfortunately our mobility has deteriorated since. We had decided to sell it earlier in the year but not got round to it.—- We have since discovered a water ingress problem around the front windows. We have sealed around the affected area and no more leakage has occurred. However the internal panel around the front windows will require a repair as it has gone soft. This is a relatively small panel that starts from the top of the windows and goes down to the window sill. Not all of this panel is affected. Obviously, below this area is the front locker which does not form part of the same panel. I have checked over the rest of the caravan and this is the only area affected and the caravan most definitely does not smell damp as this is only a recent problem. — The caravan remains usable as it is, but at some point a repair will be needed.All of the upholstery is in very good condition, whilst the rest of the interior is clean and presentable.The end washroom has a separate shower, hand-basin, cassette toilet and large cupboard/wardrobe with hanging space The cooker has a 4-burner gas hob with oven underneath.
