Good condition for the year, but please remember this is a van that’s over 10 years old.
The van will come with:-
Aqua roll, waster master, water pump, wheel chocks, Hitch lock, Full Dorema Montana (green and cream colour) “ten-cate” awning (with curtains) including x2 annexes.
Clean interior – all appliances working. Upholstery in good condition (no rips or tears). All fittings, curtains and doors in good condition. Shower unit has not been used by us since we bought the caravan. Bathroom washbasin slight damage and some sun fading.
Remi slide and tilt sunroof.
Tyres and spare in good condition.
No Damp to be seen.
Slight damage to the wooden side panel of the fridge
There is some exterior side panel damage – minor paint scrapes, including a 2-inch long scratch that hasn’t broken through the metal skin, Just being honest … ****Photos on request****
