Fixed double bed in the rear which is very comfortable with dividing door, shower room and wc in rear,We have slept 8 in this with the use of pop up tents in the awning, the awning is large and has only been erected 3 times from new, we have used the heater and water heater but never cooked in the van, fridge has been used by us but cooker and hob have only been tested as we do not use gas, tyres have been inspected and have good tread, recently returned from a week in yorkshire with no problems. thetford cassette toilet, country leisure cooker and hob , alko hitch, spare wheel, truma water heater, electrolux fridge, truma heater, fly screens on all windows and door, blinds on all windows, awning with curtains and rods, original books and instructions still with the van,aquaroll water carrier and waste tank included also pipework for connection to drains on sites where provided, 2 x mains hookup leads included, we have owned this since 2019 and have had some great holidays in it but have now decided to get a bigger one, this is easy to tow and use so a great starter van, previous owner had front end re-carpeted so in good clean condition rear end has hard floor, we will also leave the vaccuum and secondary heater in the caravan if wanted. £10% deposit required at auction end with collection within 7 days unless previously arranged. viewing welcome.Can take and send more…
