Used during racing season 4/5 times a year. Last serviced 2017. No damp. New tyres. Only bad point, extraction fan stopped working. Shower head not in picture but stored in caravan. All other utilities work as they should. When purchased was advised has good quality new awning, but I never used it.I recommend that you view the caravan or ask any questions before the auction has finished.I
