Please read description fully, viewing possible by arrangement.2 birth, 12foot (3.6mtr) we bought this caravan from a couple that had started to freshen/decorate it with the intention of completing it in time for a holiday that we’ve already booked!Unfortunately my circumstance’s have changed and I’m no longer in a position to complete it.I towed it and parked it where it sits now, it towed very well and easy with my small 1.6 engine car and the braking system pulls up well. all the lights and side markers worked correctly. I don’t know it’s actual date of manufacture but believe it to be late 80’s or very early 90’s it has a weight of less than 600kg unloaded with a max weight of 790kg laden.Outside: The bodywork has a couple of small dents to the lower area at the rear and front. All the windows are in good order with no cracks or major scratches. the roof vent appears to work as it should and appears water tight. The paintwork is generally good but could do with a wash and maybe a polish. a previous owner had gone around all seems with a clear sealant and although done quite neatly, i intended to pull it all off and re-do it better.
