1999 Special Edition Bailey Regency 523 caravan, 2/3 berth, side dinette with end bathroom. The bathroom has a good sized cupboard in it.This caravan has been sat on our drive for a few years and the interior needs some renovation. The carpets and upholstery need repairing and cleaning or replacing. The lino in the bathroom needs replacing. The blinds are generally OK.Ideal project for the summer.The caravan itself is solid and there are no leaks, damp or water ingress.There is a cooker, fridge and heater but I think the heater needs replacing. Hasn’t been used for years. Last time it was towed it was fine, no problems. Viewings welcome it is located in Poole. It is CRIS registered.I have all of the original paperwork.I have listed it for a low start price and no reserve because we are about to start a major building project on the drive where it is located. It is a good caravan and with a bit of TLC I think it is worth a lot more so you could get a bargain.Collection only.
