Here we have a 1999 Bailey Pageant Imperial 2 berth caravan for sale. This was bought by me for my brother approximately a year ago and has been used once in that time and then parked on my drive, which is where its been since. I may not know much about caravans and neither does he but we are aware that there is something amiss with the electrics. It has never been hooked up to a gas cylinder and only ran of mains electric hook up and a duff leisure battery. Hence why it is being sold as seen as the buyer will have to take responsibility for whatever might be wrong with it.
For the year it has been on my drive there has been no water ingress and it is dry inside. When it was purchased a new carpet and cooker were fitted by North Yorkshire Caravans and these are still in situ, with the cooker having never been used. When purchased my mother was with my brother and they were shown that everything worked at that time.
My brother and his friend in their infinite wisdom hooked it up to a generator and the TV blew up which is why we think the electrics need looking at. There is a folder from Bailey with all the manuals and instructions, along with the receipt from North Yorkshire Caravans as proof of purchase.
