1996 3 berth bailey senator4000 twin axle caravan with Kampa pro air 260 awning .. also stabiliser fitted on board water tank no damp !! Pleas read cris checked also with certificate . No issues !!This caravan is a 3 berth optional 4 this means you can add a bunk if you choose too .. but will have to buy separately !!Front L shape seating drops to a large double bed Side dinette drops to a single bed .Kitchen Oven grill hob ,3 way fridge Bathroom Separate shower cubical Cassette toilet sink wardrobe.Back out /fly screens I have damp tested the caravan no damp found .. Batbroom picture shows a.little reading so small this is from shower use I would say . X on the floor shown is slight movment some wouldn’t even notice it but wanted to mention Bathroom has had grey paint .. near toilet area.. not been able to test water due to no water at the yard the waters been off for a few days now sorry.. I have no reason to dought it works but have to say not tested Water heater I turned on and it started to warm them I turned it off again .. Gas fire is temperamental to light I feel a service we be a benefit in this caravan Blow air works Most lights work a couple down…
