Here for sale is our beautiful caravan but we just dont get the use out of it anymore we have owned this for the last 5 years.4 berth caravan front L shaped lounge turns into a double/kingsize bed, side dinette area converts into bunk beds.
Has a side kitchen ares that includes 4 burner hob, grill and oven, fridge with small freezer area, and sink.
Rear area of the caravan is a walk in wet area including shower, toilet, sink and a big shelved wardrobe area. Included in this sale is the Kampa caravan cover which is pictured, aerial for tv, 2 water butts and waste container, 1 empty gas bottle and electric hook up lead and wheel clamp. Also included is a full awning pictured also which we purchased separately 2 bedroom pods that can be zipped on each end of the awning as you can see from the picture so this can then convert the sleeping area from a 4 berth to an 8 berth caravan, awning has full set of curtains included too. There are no signs of damp and floor is sound.So you can pretty much hook up and go.Bad point to mention is that there are some cracks to rear light areas as shown in picture but this does not affect the use of the lights or the caravan.Viewings welcome and cash on collection or bank transfer only
