Selling due to a move of premises. The caravan comes with keys, manuals and instructions.
It has a large dinette seating area (with under seat storage) to the front, with new cushions and curtains made to measure. There is a freestanding table that can be used in the caravan or the awning and stores away securely in a discrete cupboard when not in use. This front area of the caravan converts into a large double bed.
To one side is the kitchenette area with a fully working cooker that includes a gas powered hob, grill, oven and a refillable lighter. Adjacent is the sink with drainer, beneath is a working fridge with freezer compartment which is both electric or gas powered.
