We are selling our Bailey caravan due to needing to upgrade to a 6 birth van. This van has all the usual features that you would expect such as…A toilet, a shower, on board water tank, Hot water tank,three ring gas hob, fitted gas cooker, waste water tank, cd radio, spare wheel Fitted triple bunk bedsFront seating area turns into a king size bedPlenty of storage space throughout We are aware of a problem with the floor which is a bit spongy but has seemingly dryed out over the summer. The caravan is dry throughout, no leaks or damp. All the lights ,electrics and gas work (apart from the fitted gas fire which we were told about when we purchased the van that the previous owner had never used it and didnt know if it works so I haven’t tried or used it either) We have replaced the hot water pump, water filter and the toilet water pump in the last year. This caravan was purchased as a project and we have done some things to improve the caravan such as change the strip lights for led lights and put new sockets inside.
